For several months now, this little music has been inviting itself into the telecom sector and unleashing passions.

If we compare it with its European peers, the development of optical fiber is generally a success in France.

With more than 34.5 million connectable households, nearly 90% of the park, and six out of ten fiber internet subscriptions at the end of 2022, France is leading the race on the continent.

But this race towards very high speed hides a less rosy reality.

Disconnected customers, poorly trained technicians, damage during installation in private homes, upside-down street cabinets… The problems multiply during deployment.

With, as a common denominator, recourse to sub-contracting in cascade on the part of operators.
