Le Perchoir by Alice Arnoux, high seas at Ménilmontant

GASTRONOMIC CRITICISM - The chef, not even thirty years old, passed by Noma (Copenhagen) and the Navy (Noirmoutier), installs her mysteriously marine cuisine in residence.


At the restaurant as on certain occasions, it happens that the presentations join the precautions of use.
