Patricia Bullrich, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, among other leaders, responded to the Minister of Security for his warning about an eventual victory for the opposition.

Political leaders came out at the crossroads of the controversial phrase of the Minister of Security, Aníbal Fernández, who warned that

"the streets are going to be watered with blood and the dead" if the opposition wins the elections.

For her part, the presidential candidate and head of the PRO, Patricia Bullrich, appealed to the statistics of the security management during the Cambiemos government.

"In our government we had the lowest homicide rate since it has been measured, Minister Fernández. The streets are already watered with blood and death, in case you did not find out. Take charge," the former Security Minister tweeted.

It should be remembered that Bullrich was the leader identified as the main person responsible for an alleged conspiracy behind the crime of the driver of Line 620, which generated a protest in General Paz where Sergio Berni was beaten.

"Neither blood nor dead. There are those who light the fire. And we are the ones who put it out.

Violent never again

," tweeted the head of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta.

The radical leader and national senator Alfredo Cornejo was one of the first to question the national official.

"It does not surprise me that a compulsive denier hides the greatest achievement of his management:

filling the streets with blood and death

," he expressed on social networks.

The national senator for Tierra del Fuego Pablo Daniel Blanco described Fernández's statements as "unacceptable".

"The minister is afraid. Fear of alternation, of losing power and of the inflation of his government that plunges Argentines into poverty," said Blanco.

Although Minister Fernández did not specify which opposition leader he was referring to, he pointed to "a group of people who have zero training, with a vocation for harm and harm, and everything he proposes would only come out with repression."

"The streets watered with blood and the dead will produce if they had the possibility of becoming a government," was the controversial phrase.
