Chelsea will host Brighton & Hove Albion this Saturday at Stamford Bridge in a match corresponding to the 31st date of the Premier League that will have as an extra attraction a duel between world champions in Qatar: Enzo Fernández on one side, Alexis Mac Allister on the other.
The duel will begin at 11 a.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN and the Star+ platform.
The local will try to end a streak of four winless appearances in the Premier League, although their attention is focused on other issues: on Tuesday they will receive Real Madrid in the rematch of the key to the quarterfinals of the Champions League in which the Spaniards have the advantage after winning 2-0 on Wednesday in the first leg.
That contest is the only one in which the Blues still have chances of consecration, who are 11th in the domestic league.
For their part, Brighton & Hove lost last week against Tottenham, also London, but that was only their second defeat in 2023. The team led by Roberto De Zerbi are having a very good season: they are seventh, with 46 points, and dreams of qualifying for the next edition of the Europa League.
At the moment, they are four points behind the last team to get a ticket, Newcastle (earlier they lost 3-0 to Aston Villa), but they played three fewer games.
