According to a survey conducted by the firm Alixio in December 2022, 12% of French companies would consider such an organization in order to meet the aspirations of their employees.

In recent weeks, several SME bosses have followed one another in front of the microphones to testify to their satisfaction at letting their employees enjoy three-day weekends.

The speeches are similar: they evoke the desire for flexibility of employees, after months of forced adaptation to health restrictions and the new attractiveness that this proposal confers on future recruits.

On the other hand, the organizations differ from one group to another: either the days are longer to distribute the working time over four days, or the weekly duration…
