According to Duva said, the closure was due to the work of the City Government in the Bajo, which harmed them commercially and forced them to close.
Other sources say that at the same time the same cooperative took over "A coffee with Perón" in Recoleta and moved all the staff there.
"Lo de Néstor" is legally listed as a bar with "services for the sale of food and drinks, accommodation services and food services."
And it is promoted in networks as a place self-managed by workers where the entire supply chain is carried out by cooperatives.
