Jean Sulpice, whose talent exploded in Val-Thorens, went down in 2017 to put his knives in Talloires, on the shores of Lake Annecy.
With his wife Magali, a trained sommelier and essential cog in the system, he took over the Auberge du Père Bise, an aging institution founded in 1903 that the couple revived in the blink of an eye.
A hotel with around twenty very tasteful rooms with old-fashioned keys, a breathtaking spa overlooking the liquid mirror, a gourmet restaurant (2 Michelin stars, 18/20 Gault&Millau), another more accessible… Everywhere, the same signature, the same spirit, the same refinement: an integral universe that absorbs you and regenerates you.
