I am convinced that she will win this war.

But I do see, beyond this observation, a strategic opportunity to resolve the major challenge of our European continent, namely that non-democracies, Putin's Russia and Lukashenko's Belarus, remain installed on our eastern flank.

With the victory of Ukraine, "tectonic changes" may occur in these countries.
