The SOK Tel Aviv complex, located in Migdal Netsaba (Hasgar Street 39), was designed by the architect Albert Levin (LVN STUDIO) inspired by the Suprematism movement, which formed the basis for the Modernism movement.

At the core of the idea is the use of simple formal geometries in a combination of rich colors.

The richness of the colors signifies the diversity of the companies that serve as members and make up the very rich community of the place.

The experience of the place begins at the main entrance when you enter a spacious lounge that knows how to accommodate many uses together and separately.

The purpose of the lounge is to create a meeting point for all community members from the three floors on a daily basis, or depending on an event such as happy hour, holidays, lectures, etc.

The uniqueness of the complex is in creating a balance between the ratio of the work areas to those of leisure, the creation of temporary meeting areas and alternative work environments, an emphasis on the acoustic aspects in the offices, and the rooms are more spacious.

All of this is part of the desire to create a work complex with international standards that will also be able to meet the high demands of global companies.

The complex is built on three consecutive floors in the city center, with the SOK chain being the first co-working space company in Israel to build according to the American LEED green building standard.

This is reflected in the fact that the chain's offices are extremely spacious, and especially in thinking beforehand about creating an effective atmosphere for employees while constantly thinking about the quality of the environment in the selection of every material and product in the complex.

All the materials from which the complex was planned and designed are green materials (from the carpet glue to the special filters in the air conditioners).

There is thinking about a balance between work and efficiency, so there are rest and refreshment areas, different work environments that are available to change during working hours, designated areas for meal breaks and more.

The work spaces in the complex are characterized by different work environments for the benefit of the company's employees, such as private offices of different sizes, a space in the spaces of the complex, telephone booths for private calls, conference rooms of different sizes, work areas, living rooms and areas for special events and gatherings.

In the complex, special emphasis was placed on the large amount of light in the complex and the natural atmosphere.
