White House spokesman for national security affairs John Kirby said in a press briefing that he believes that Prime Minister Netanyahu will visit Washington at one point or another.
"But there is nothing on the schedule for now."
Kirby said this in response to a question about the statement by the Speaker of the American House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, in an interview with Israel Hayom that if President Biden does not invite Netanyahu to the White House, he (McCarthy) will invite Netanyahu to Congress.

He added that President Biden believes in the democratic values shared by Israel and the United States, and therefore he wants to see that Israel moves forward with legal reform in a way that preserves checks and balances and that gains broad agreement
