Employers and unions gathered on May 10 around work

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council invites the social partners around economists to find a way out.


In an attempt to get out of the psychodrama of pensions, the government has launched its program of "100 days of appeasement", with in particular the desire to rethink the organization of work.

In this context, the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (Cese) has decided to organize a major day of debate on the subject on May 10.

Academics, think-tanks, actors in the field and members of the Cese will examine the issue of social recognition, remuneration, quality and meaning of work, but also training, management and organization.

Employers and unions will also participate in the debate: Laurent Berger (CFDT), François Hommeril (CFE-CGC), François Asselin (CPME), Jean-Christophe Repon (U2P) will thus have “carte blanche” to defend their vision of work.
