Marchi only has the support of Minister Ricardo Lorenzetti.
Before Judge Lijo, Marchi listed the "very serious irregularities" in this verbatim quote:

(80 locations over a plant of 160 employees).

These irregularities are contained in the 18,000 pages of reports that were delivered to the president of the Court, Rosatti, for referral to the Political Judgment Commission, he explained.
He said that Minister Juan Carlos Maqueda had in fact
"control of Obra Social" until 2021,
although institutionally he depended on the same witness.

In judicial sources it was recalled that after the hacking of chats between the former Buenos Aires Security Minister Marcelo D'Alessandro and Robles, more security measures were taken on the communications of the Court.
Other pressures, Marchi assured, were "the press release from the Internal Board of the Court that, in the

He asked for more controls on the Court and said that "in this case, it seems that an opposite criterion is going to be followed and

As for other pressures, he gave the example of the meeting of Rosatti, Maqueda and Rosenkrantz with "a dozen ordinances to celebrate Labor Day, according to what they commented, and which later took the form of a tribute (since a recognition to the three Ministers) it is striking that this is so because

The file in which Marijuan had made the presentation is focused on a certain period of time in which the social work of the Judiciary was under the charge of Aldo Tonón, while the case in which Marchi will finally testify is focused on the management of the new board of directors led by Mariano Althabe since 2021.

and Tolón is only investigated for two contracts.
