This is the goal of the environmental activists of the Earth Uprisings movement.
Opposed to the eastern bypass project of Rouen, the demonstrators invaded the A13 which connects Rouen to Paris, this Sunday, May 7 at the level of the town of Val-de-Reuil (Eure).
The group of around 100 activists erected roadblocks on both lanes of the highway, using pieces of wood.

Project worth more than a billion euros
