The massage became an indecent act: an indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv District Court against Yehuda Sinai, 65, from Tel Aviv, on charges that as part of his work as a masseuse, he committed indecent acts on a patient.
According to the facts described in the indictment, Sinai worked as a masseuse at the Derech Haim House Center in Tel Aviv Port. When the complainant arrived for treatment, Sinai invited her to the treatment room and told her to take off her clothes and lie on the treatment bed.
Sinai left the room, and the complainant lay down on the treatment bed, wearing only underwear and covered with a blanket. When he returned to the room, he turned to her and told her that she would enjoy the massage more if she took off her underwear, the complainant did so, and remained naked with the blanket covering her body.
After Sinai stroked the patient's buttocks, she asked him to focus the massage on the shoulder area. Sinai did so, but later removed the blanket from the complainant's buttocks and stroked it again. Later in the massage, Sinai deliberately touched the complainant's penis, in response to which she demanded that he immediately finish the treatment and leave the room.
The defendant pleaded with the complainant, "Please don't say anything," and left the room. The complainant got dressed and left the scene agitated. The indictment filed by the State Prosecutor's Office attributes several offenses of indecent assault to Sinai.
