"Hartz and cordial" celebrity Jonas can look positively into the future! The security employee has been promoted and is having a lot of fun with his new tasks.
The RTLZWEI program "Hartz und herzlich" is now known throughout Germany. For five years now, the likeable residents have been thrilling fans in front of the TV with their "Mannheim snout". The social documentary shows real life – everyday life with Hartz IV, money worries, family and planning for the future. MANNHEIM24 reports on this.

Leaving the Hartz IV clichés behind and daring a new beginning: That was the plan of "Hartz and heartfelt" darling Jonas from Mannheim. Standing with both feet on the ground – that's what the 22-year-old desperately wants. That's why Jonas took a momentous step: The "Hartz und herzlich" offspring turned their backs on the Benz barracks and moved together with his girlfriend.
At the moment, everything revolves around the world of work. Jonas has been working for the Mannheim security service "STAFF Security" for 3 years now. In an interview with MANNHEIM24, the TV darling now talks about his career and promotion.
"Hartz and cordial": How did Jonas get the job in the security service?
Through a friend, Jonas became aware of the job as a security employee. Then everything happened very quickly: "I went to the boss and had my job interview there and then he asked: When can you start?", Jonas reveals in the MANNHEIM24 interview.
Jonas enjoys his job – and that seems to be paying off now! In an interview with MANNHEIM24, he now announces good news: "I'm a property manager. I now have my own object, so to speak. My tasks here are: If there are three or four of us here, then I have to tell people what they have to do, for example."

"Hartz and cordial"-Jonas talks about his boss: "Has placed great trust in me"
Jonas has ambitious plans for the future, which his supervisor has also recognized. "He has placed a great deal of trust in me. I have also earned the trust of my boss," Jonas proudly explains in an interview with MANNHEIM24. Working in the security industry was not his dream job.

"My idea was that I would only do security temporarily. [...] You should educate yourself, you have to be good with people [...] but it's fun, you earn your money honestly and you always discover something new – you're in new places and get to know new people," Jonas told MANNHEIM24.

At "Hartz und herzlich" he has already gone through many ups and downs. In the new episodes, which have been broadcast on RTLZWEI since January 2023, Jonas can hardly be seen.
