Cengiz S. is said to have sexually abused several girls - the public prosecutor's office has indicted the Munich restaurateur. At the trial, the judge scolded him.
Munich - Serious allegations against a Sendlinger restaurateur: Cengiz S. (46) is said to have sexually abused several schoolgirls. He had to answer to the Munich District Court. There, the Turk sat smiling in the dock and first told of the connections to a nearby school in Boschetsrieder Straße. "Every lunchtime, the students come to me, eat and chat. We've all known each other for a long time."

But from the circle of these students came the accusations against the restaurateur: According to the indictment, he is said to have hugged four girls and rubbed against them, one girl he allegedly grabbed on the buttocks, another under her top. A total of eleven crimes from recent years have been charged at the district court.

However, Cengiz S. vigorously denied the allegations and said: "The girls hug me when they come to my shop. What is in the indictment is not true. Because the girls still come to my shop every day." He knows more than 80 students personally. "I also write to some of them on my mobile phone," said the restaurateur.
Judge Ines Tauscher found this strange. "Do you think that's appropriate as a grown man?" she asked the defendant. With regard to his alleged deeds, testimony stood against testimony. Against a payment of 2400 euros, the process was finally discontinued. "This is the final warning," warned Tauscher. Because Cengiz S. had already been in court for similar allegations.
