Miki Mukhtar shared with her 60,<> Instagram followers on Tuesday an offensive message she received from one of her followers, which came in response to her support for the LGBT community.
The child star was asked if she had received a "bad message" in the past, to which she replied: "There were a few times I got messages that weren't amazing, but there's one message that took me out of my peace a bit and even hurt me personally. I had a string of performances that day, and then in the audience I saw a couple of parents with a child who was in a wheelchair, and once I realized they were a proud family, of course I picked up the two amazing dads. After a few speeches, I put a girl on the same show, and when I asked her who she came with, she said, 'With my two mothers.' I was very moved that during that performance I got to perform in front of LGBT families," she shared.
"I don't see any difference in it, nothing out of the ordinary. I think my place as an artist is actually to teach the children that we need to accept every person and respect every person, no matter what their opinion or thought, and that's the message I convey in all my plays and that I've said on stage," she added. "And yes, I gave them Uber attention, and I guess that made one person angry."

Later, Mukhtar emphasized the important messages that she intends to adhere to with all her might, despite the criticism. "I educate my children to accept, equality and love, for everyone to do what their heart feels for them," she said. "No one can tell us what we feel, what is right and what is wrong, and I will continue to spread it around the world even if it is not accepted by other people."
Later, in a separate story, Mukhtar posted, as promised, the private message she received, which was the trigger for the video. "We had a great time in today's play, however – today in the first play you expressed increased support for LGBT families, and it was in the eyes of many of the audience disproportionate and not adapted to toddlers and children. It's better to keep agendas out of shows," Mickey wrote.
