In the midst of the wave of criticism from the ruling party to the resolution of the Supreme Court of Justice that suspended the elections in San Juan and Tucumán, the political representatives of the Frente de Todos in the Council of the Magistracy repudiated on Wednesday the president of the highest court, Horacio Rosatti, and emptied a meeting of the body.
Through a press release, the representatives of the ruling party in the body that designates judges and prosecutors conveyed their repudiation of the rulings of three judges of the Court, but could not prevent the Council from continuing with its meeting, which lasted more than an hour and a half and in which the agenda for the plenary to be held on May 31 was decided.
Specifically, the toughest advisors of Kirchnerism participated in the hearing of the administration commission, but at the time of the work meeting, which is a closed meeting chaired by Rosatti, as head of the Magistracy, they expressed their repudiation of the judge and then left the room.

Punctually, they transmitted what was expressed through a communique that was later disseminated under the title "The counselors of the Frente de Todos repudiate Horacio Rosatti."
In the message, they reproached the statements that Rosatti made at the business forum at the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (Amchan USA) and for the rulings of the Court that "affected" San Juan and Tucumán.
The complaint was because Rosatti told businessmen that in recent years they made "decisions that have not pleased the power of the day," and at the same time emphasized that the Court is not "to make new friends, but to comply with the Constitution." The message was sent a few hours before the resolution with the suspension of the elections in two provinces was known.

The counselors described as "irresponsible and provocative" the statements made by the president of the Court "in an absolutely inappropriate environment for his magistracy" and that according to the interpretation from the ruling party, in addition to configuring "a clear prejudgment in the matter, constitutes an intolerable interference in the economic policy of governments and a non-judicial issue."
In addition, in the document they highlighted: "In the same way we expressly repudiate the rulings of three judges of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, also presided over by Dr. Rosatti, known yesterday afternoon, which suspend the elections in the provinces of San Juan and Tucumán less than 72 hours after the electoral ban. less than 5 days before the elections and with the entire structure of the elections perfectly organized."
In this context, the political representatives of Kirchnerism in the Magistracy indicated that the measure "implies plain and simple the proscription of the popular will of the citizens of San Juan and Tucumán and a de facto federal intervention."
In the midst of the controversy, the directors of the FdT expressed that they will continue to "fulfill" their institutional responsibility, and based on this they will participate in all public sessions of commissions and in the plenary of the Council of the Magistracy. However, they clarified: "With Rosatti we have nothing to coordinate."
The statement bears the signatures of Senators María Inés Pilatti Vergara and Mariano Recalde; deputies Rodolfo Tailhade and Vanesa Siley; along with representatives Héctor Recalde and Gerónimo Ustarroz.
Beyond the complaint of Kirchnerism, sources of the Magistracy made it clear to this newspaper that the anger of the political representatives did not affect the functioning of the body that continued with the work meeting, which was purely institutional and where the agenda with which they prepared an agenda for the plenary on May 31 was reviewed.
On that day, in which the treatment of different ternas is expected to cover courts in the Federal Capital, San Martín and Tucumán, among other districts, it is suspected that there may be new demonstrations from Kirchnerism.
