The dispute in the City and the dilemma between competition or single candidate in the province of Buenos Aires monopolized the tensions in the PRO, although in the run-up to the summit on Monday also grew the bills between Horacio Rodríguez Larreta and Patricia Bullrich for the results in the provinces. For Together for Change there was almost nothing to celebrate in this Sunday's elections.

The reproaches crossed by the failed armed forces, in this case by Salta and Tierra del Fuego, were transferred to the central bidding for the presidential candidacy of the PRO. The head of the Buenos Aires government is suspicious of his rival's agreements with the radicals, while the former security minister replies that her adversary is implementing a strategy inclined to "Panperonism."

Late Sunday night, the main referents of the opposition coalition could barely celebrate that Susana Laciar – of the Production and Labor party – snatched from Peronism the intendancy of the capital of San Juan. La Pampa was safe from the questions with the second place of the radical Martín Berhongaray, with 42 points and five of Sergio Ziliotto. The rest confirmed the animosity between the two sectors in conflict.

From the larretismo they attributed to Bullrich, from the intervention of the PRO in Salta, the decisions of the electoral strategy in that province. The radical Miguel Nanni came second, with 17%, 30 points behind the re-elected Gustavo Saenz. The vice presidential candidate was Virginia Cornejo, aligned with Bullrich, and in particular the agreement with Matías Posadas, a former official of the government, as candidate for mayor of Salta provoked discussion.

"Nanni got 21 points in the capital and Posadas 12. If we had carried a PRO candidate, with our profile, we would have passed the 20 points in the provincial election. It was a bad decision, a mistake by Patricia who was obstinate with that," said a Larretista official who had been on top of the negotiations in the province.

"We intervened in the party so that Horacio could not divide it. His strategy was to bet on Bettina Romero. It wasn't a good result, but we tried to keep the drive and came out second. We would have done better in order," they countered on Bullrich's side.

Patricia Bullrich, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, Mauricio Macri, María Eugenia Vidal and other referents in one of the PRO party summits.

In Tierra del Fuego the bill passes were not minor. Gustavo Melella won in the first round, with 51%. With the support of Rodríguez Larreta, Héctor Stefani -of the PRO- got 11%. With Bullrich's endorsement, the radical Pablo Blanco – Together for Change – was fourth with 5%, behind the evangelist pastor Laura Almirón. 21% voted blank.

"Patricia and María Eugenia (Vidal) traveled to support Blanco and Frigerio (Federico, of the PRO), who came fourth. If we had all gone together with Stefani, we passed the 20 points and if Melella went down a little there was a runoff. They are all wrong decisions of hers, regrettable, "they questioned Bullrich again from the larretismo.

"In Tierra del Fuego they broke the space, as in Mendoza and as Javier Pretto in Córdoba. Pretto was the president of the party, he left with (Juan) Schiaretti and says they are going to work for Larreta to be president. One is a case, two in coincidence, three is a pattern, "said the bullrichistas to the head of the Buenos Aires Government.

In full struggle for the presidential candidacy, from both sectors they gave the movements of their rival a reading based on that internal. For Rodriguez Larreta, Bullrich supports radicals like Nanni in Salta and Blanco in Tierra del Fuego as part of an agreement with the purpose of having part of the UCR structure on his side in the August primaries.

In turn, the former Minister of Security takes the cases of Romero in Salta and Pretto – he will be a candidate for vice mayor of Córdoba – to award the Buenos Aires mayor a rapprochement with "Panperonism", and to reinforce the hypothesis they alluded to the incorporation of Martín Redrado.

"Patricia dynamites provincial spaces for uncertain futurologies at the national level," they say on the one hand. "Horacio ran out of electorate and now wants to be the candidate of moderate Peronism," they shoot from the other. The issue was discussed at the meeting in Vidal's department, without bringing positions closer. In turn, in some provinces they attributed the divisions to disputes to settle the leaderships in the face of the discussion for the lists to national legislators.

In the previous elections, Together for Change had also not fared well in Río Negro, La Rioja and Misiones. He had celebrated in Neuquén and Jujuy, and there were also crosses. In Neuquén by those who had supported Rolando Figueroa in the previous one and in Jujuy by Mauricio Macri's statements about feudal systems. He later clarified that he was referring to La Rioja.
