The justice will decide this Thursday, May 18. Several organizations are calling for the use of a nominative file of people taken into custody during the various mobilizations against the pension reform, the existence of which was revealed by an article in Mediapart, to be suspended. If the representatives of the Ministry of Justice have acknowledged the existence of such a file in Lille, they speak of a simple "management tool".
This file, which takes the form of an Excel spreadsheet, details the surnames, first names and dates of birth of several dozen demonstrators taken into custody as part of their participation in demonstrations against the pension reform, as well as the criminal consequences given.
