For cheesecake lovers, Shavuot is a real holiday. The variety of options in the various pastry shops is inexhaustible, and you can find all possible combinations in one cake.
Many cheesecakes arrived at our table, and here is the cake that came in fifth place, after being selected from among 10 cakes in a blind taste test.
Fifth place: Champagne cheesecake decorated with blueberries
Its dough at the bottom is very present and doughy, and has a great and buttery taste. It's a little denser than most cheesecakes, and less on the fluffy-mellow line. However, the soft cheese pairs beautifully with the harder dough, and the blueberries on top are perfect and add an upgrade to the flavor.
