Defense Minister Yoav Galant on Thursday strongly condemned the campaign against Central Command General Yehuda Focus, against whom billboards were hung stating that he was harassing the settlements and not counting Ministers Ben-Gvir and Smotrich.
Minister Galant condemned the campaign against Fuchs, saying: "I condemn with disgust the despicable campaign against the commander of Central Command, Maj. Gen. Yehuda Fuchs. Maj. Gen. Fuchs is an outstanding fighter and commander, who leads his soldiers day and night in missions to defend the residents of Judea and Samaria under his command, and in carrying out dozens of actions to thwart terrorism."

Activists in the settlements launched a campaign of billboards that were hung along Highway 60 and Highway 5, with the inscription "Smotrich, Ben-Gvir, Fox is not counting you."

According to the activists: "Commander Yehuda Fuchs operates independently on the ground and does not count the political echelon and right-wing ministers. The same policy that was implemented on the ground since Evyatar not to allow the establishment of any new settlement point remained in practice even after the establishment of the right-wing government, including measures that were common in the previous government, such as imposing a closed military zone, arrests and immediate destruction."
