The Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, ensures to work on proposals soon presented to the president, while that of Public Accounts, Gabriel Attal, hammers his desire for a "Marshall Plan" that would be dedicated to them. One question, however, is on people's minds: what does this category of the population really mean?
