This is Israel's first dessert festival and the high point of the food reality show at Keshet 12. At the festival you can find the best pastry shops in the country, restaurants with tempting dessert menus, creative bakers and more. It opened as a pop-up "Israel's first dessert restaurant" at Pop and Pop Street, located at 28 HaArba'a Street in Tel Aviv, which is trusted by pastry chef Ofer Ben Natan. In addition, "Israel's first dessert market" was opened in the Sarona Market complex in Tel Aviv.

The dessert restaurant serves a tasting menu based on the sweets of "Sweet Moment of Elite". The meal begins with openings, like, "Chef's folded." She continues on to the restaurant's famous corn dessert followed by a refreshing lemon sorbet and coriander. It culminates, among other things, with a "time-out" tartlet that pays homage to the beloved chocolate bar.

The dessert market operates during the week from 10:00 to 22:00 and ends on May 23. It is attended by pastry chefs from all over the country, including the winner of the previous season of "The Perfect Dessert" Racheli Ver Nir, "Ella Patisserie" from Emek Hefer, "Tara Julie" from Be'er Sheva, and "Oz Patisserie" from Maayan Baruch.

Alongside these, for the first time in Israel, a pop-up stand was set up with disturbed Pavlovas by the show's judge Karin Goren. For the pop-up, Goren joined forces with pastry chef Maurice Monnier, of Patisserie Monnier. Together they created the ultimate dessert.
