The sheriff's office used an apartment dog to search for the girl, who walked away in diapers from her home in a neighborhood bordered by Barksdale, Cochran and Collingswood streets, 30 miles north of Fort Myers, authorities said.
Cochran Boulevard had been closed during the search, but that street has since been reopened to traffic.
