After the increasing criticism of Rammstein singer Till Lindemann's treatment of women, the band itself has spoken out. "The publications of the last few days have caused irritation and questions among the public and especially among our fans," Rammstein wrote on Instagram on Saturday. "The allegations have hit us all very hard and we take them extremely seriously."
Berlin - The fact that the fans can feel safe is important to the band - "in front of and behind the stage". "We condemn any kind of abuse and ask you: do not participate in public prejudice of any kind against those who have made accusations. They have a right to their point of view." At the same time, the group emphasizes: "We, the band, also have a right - namely not to be prejudged either."
