The day after receiving a two-year and one-month suspended prison sentence for "coercive threats with minor injuries in the context of gender violence," Sebastián Villa appeared at the Boca Training Center in Ezeiza. He didn't train with his teammates, he didn't change, and he had a long meeting with the Football Council. Will he leave for Colombia in the next few days?
The Colombian arrived at the premises around 9 a.m. on Saturday, greeted his colleagues in a corridor and went up to the Council's office on the top floor of the main building. He was accompanied by one of his representatives, Gabriel "Chicho" Fortés, the same one who was in almost all the days of the trial in the court number 2 of Lomas de Zamora.
Villa met for more than two hours and never changed to join the training, despite the fact that the decision of the Board of Directors prevents him from being summoned to participate in the matches but not to continue working, training with the team and collecting his salary, according to labor rights.
