The incident occurred about a month ago, while the victim was waiting with his vehicle to enter the street to park, when the defendant blocked the victim with his vehicle. When the victim began filming the accused, he and another suspect who was in the car with him came out and began attacking him and trying to take his phone, kicking and strangling the car and the victim.
The defendant took the keys out of the victim's ignition switch and threw them away from the scene. When the two let the victim go, he tried to take a picture of their license plate number, and was attacked again. Civilians at the scene called the police, and an investigation was opened to clarify the circumstances, during which the defendant, a 20-year-old resident of Jaffa, was located and detained for questioning.
At the end of the investigation, as stated, the Tel Aviv District Prosecution Unit filed an indictment in the suspect's case and a request for restrictive conditions until the end of the proceedings.
