Defense Minister Yoav Galant today (Tuesday) visited a paratrooper and undercover soldiers of the Judea and Samaria Border Police who are hospitalized at Rambam Hospital, after they were wounded yesterday in an operational activity in Jenin when a military vehicle in which they were traveling boarded an IED.

During the visit, Galant said: "The fighters acted under fire under difficult circumstances and showed bravery and courage, both with their mutual help and in the command and control process in the field. We have excellent fighters and commanders, and thanks to them we ended this event in a good way."
"I have instructed the defense establishment to take proactive and offensive action wherever the lives of our civilians and forces are in danger. We will act in every necessary way and we will go everywhere in order to preserve our freedom of action, all options are on the table."
