An indictment was filed against a resident of Bat Yam (60) who stabbed one of his neighbors because he refused to pay a house committee.
The injured man went to Wolfson Hospital for treatment, from where the case was reported to the police.
Bat Yam police opened an investigation into the incident, during which it emerged that the complainant returned to his home in Bat Yam that evening, where his neighbor, a member of the House Committee, met him and demanded that he pay NIS 1000,<> for the renovations to the building.

After the complainant replied that he did not intend to pay, the suspect stabbed him in the head with a knife, causing a deep cut.

After his arrest, the suspect was transferred to the Bat Yam police for interrogation, his detention was extended in court, and an indictment was filed against him by the prosecution unit of the Tel Aviv District Police and a request for detention until the end of the proceedings.
