Peace Now condemned the new construction: "A new criminal outpost was established in the early morning hours in the Occupied Territories, between Ma'ale Levona and Givat Haroeh. Settler terror dances on blood, cynically exploits the terrible attack, and continues to establish facts on the ground. We will all pay the price of lawlessness and the continuation of the cycle of bloodshed.
