The investigation revealed that the suspect entered and sterilized the bus's multimedia system, worth thousands of shekels. He also opened drawers and took out their contents, but was caught red-handed while inside the bus by police officers who arrived at the scene.

The investigation revealed that a short time earlier, the man had broken into another vehicle at the same location by breaking a small front window, ripped out the rear speakers and the vehicle's audio system, and stole the audio system, jewelry, perfume, glasses, photo album and contraceptives.

It is suspected that the man broke into these vehicles despite the fact that only a week earlier he had been released to house arrest under restrictive conditions by the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court.

The suspect was detained for questioning earlier this week and his detention has been extended by the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court from time to time. Today he was indicted on charges of vehicle burglary, theft from a vehicle and violation of a legal order. In addition, the prosecution unit asked that he be detained until the end of the proceedings.
