In two high-altitude fall accidents that occurred simultaneously in northern and southern Israel, a man and a woman were seriously injured in Kiryat Motzkim and Ashdod.
In Kiryat Motzkin, a 29-year-old worker from Shfar'am fell from a height of 4 floors at a construction site on Klivenov Street in the city. MDA medics and paramedics gave the wounded man medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in serious condition with multi-systemic damage while he was anesthetized and on a ventilator.

MDA paramedic Cynthia Kaufman said: "The worker was lying in the yard of the construction site suffering from a very severe multi-system injury. We gave him life-saving medical treatment, including medication, ventilation and emergency chest surgery, and evacuated him to the hospital for further treatment in serious condition." The police opened an investigation into the circumstances of the work accident, and a representative of the Ministry of Labor was summoned to the scene.
She cleaned windows and fell into the yard of the building
At the same time, less than half an hour later, a 50-year-old woman fell from a height of about 4 meters in Ashdod. Apparently, the fall occurred during cleaning work, in a residential building in the city. MDA medics and paramedics gave her medical treatment and evacuated her to Assuta Hospital in Ashdod, a 50-year-old woman in serious condition with a head injury.
MDA medics Eliyahu Ben David and Eli Hoffman said: "The injured woman was lying in the yard of the house, vaguely conscious and suffering from a head injury. We were told that she had fallen out of the window into the yard. We gave her medical treatment that included stopping the bleeding and bandages, and evacuated her to the hospital for further treatment when her condition was serious.
