Recall that yesterday a "state of emergency" was declared in Moscow, during which Russian soldiers could be seen setting up machine gun positions in the south of the city, and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin ordered residents to stay indoors and avoid traveling around the capital - preparing for an invasion by Wagner forces.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken stressed to Ukraine's foreign minister that US support for Kyiv will not change following recent events in Russia.
