Less than a week after the murderous attack in the community of Ali, two vehicles, including one belonging to the hummus owner and a local worker, who were standing at the gas station and were damaged in the exchange of gunfire, were stolen.
The two vehicles remained at the gas station until property taxes arrived and were towed, but were stolen from the scene last Saturday. One of the owners of the vehicles that was hit was Itai Yaakov, the owner of the gas station and one of the partners in Hummus Eliyahu, where the attack took place.

Yaakov told Israel Hayom: "It's one car of mine and one of the workers there. The vehicles were damaged in the exchange of gunfire. After the attack, the officers took a damage report and ordered us not to move them until property taxes arrived and they were dragged away. When I arrived at the scene yesterday, I saw glass where the car had parked but it was not there. They broke into it and stole it."

Itai filed a complaint with the police and said: "This is madness, absolute madness. It's both murder and inheritance. This is a threatened place that is supposed to be secured, how does this happen in a place where there was an attack?! There is lawlessness and very difficult feelings here. It's not normal."
