A 52-year-old teacher of a private primary school in Bordeaux has been indicted for sexual assault on a minor of 15 years, voyeurism on minor and possession of child pornography images, says the prosecutor's office this Sunday, confirming information from Sud-Ouest.
Filming in the shower
It was during a "littoral" discovery class on the Arcachon basin, in Andernos-les-Bains, in which three CM2 classes of the Saint-Genès La Salle private school complex participated, that certain facts were denounced. Four students had then alerted an accompanying mother that this teacher "had filmed them in the shower by passing his mobile phone under the door of the individual cabins," said the deputy prosecutor of the Republic of Bordeaux Rachel Bray.
The next day, the head of the school reported to the Bordeaux prosecutor's office aggravated voyeurism and implicated this tenured teacher. Professor of CM1, he then replaced a colleague, according to Sud Ouest.
Custody
An investigation of flagrance was opened on the charge of voyeurism on minor and entrusted to the police services of the departmental security who put Wednesday the man in custody. "The exploitation of the computer equipment made it possible to discover photos of young girls in the shower, several screenshots of videos during which the defendant proceeded to touch minors of a sexual nature and some child pornography images downloaded," says the magistrate.
After denying all the facts, the teacher admitted "part of the alleged facts". He was remanded in custody.
