Winona Forever Wine Bar in Tel Aviv is celebrating one year. The place, which offers a variety of wines from around the world and seasonal dishes trusted by chef Eviatar Malka, marks the festivities in cooperation with the Israeli wineries that accompany it throughout the year: Falter, Dalton and Feldstein. Every week, starting June 27, will be dedicated to one of them and will include a special menu, wine tasting menu and pouring evenings with the winemakers.

Palter Winery: 27.6 - Felter Winery, 4.7 - Dalton Winery, 18.7 - Feldstein Winery. Special dishes and wine list from the Israeli wineries will be served every week from Tuesday to weekend. Opening hours: Sunday-Thursday 17:30, weekend from 18:00.

Castel Winery, located near Jerusalem in Yad Hashmona, invites you to an open Friday event on June 30. At the solar event, Senor Aroshas will play groovy electronic music, the "cabin's" pod track will serve Mediterranean-style dishes such as: green ceviche, vine leaves or chicken gyros. Alongside them, a variety of wines from the winery will also be offered for purchase by the glasses and the barrel cellar gallery will be open for an independent tour.

In the private space adjacent to the Pastel restaurant located in the plaza of the Tel Aviv Museum, once every two weeks a tasting dinner is held for only 25 diners sitting around the bar for NIS 545 per diner. The dishes are prepared in front of the diners and the meal is accompanied by mixologist, Shahar Chrysler, who offers four different cocktails tailored to the evening. "It's a feast that's a show. Everything is conducted in front of the guests' eyes with a 'raw bar' menu of fine dishes, prepared from ingredients that come up on the rod on the very same day," the place explains. Dishes include tuna tartare with tart cream and radishes or sirloin tataki with foie gras, caramelized oranges and coffee ponzo.

The Bar "Beer House Waiter" at 4 Ben Gurion Boulevard, Rishon LeZion, celebrates one year with a huge three-day beer happening from June 28-30. The place, backed by beer man Amit Meltzer, regularly offers a renewed menu of hundreds of beers with all the innovations from the international beer world. During the festivities you can enjoy stands of special beers, tasting beers that will be launched in Israel for the first time, tutorials, and more. A rock DJ will play in the background and a cover band will play on Fridays.

Among other things, as part of the event, the Beer Garden plaza of the bar will have beer stands and pouring carts with beers from Scotland, Denmark, Japan, Hungary, Norway and more. Special beers such as Bamba beer, blackberry beer, mango, lychee and oatmeal beer, and more will also be presented. In the food section, there will be dishes from the bar menu to take away. Among them: fish and chips, hamburgers and more.

The birthday celebration event was held on June 28-29 between 17:00-01:00 and in June between 12:00-02:00

The summer fair that combines Jerusalem's leading chefs "Auto-Food" Food & Party 2023 – JLM returns for the sixth year, bigger and upgraded than ever. The most famous restaurants in the capital that lead the culinary scene, including Angelica, Jaco Street, Luciana, Fringe and Rachel on the Boulevard - will open as part of the event Food Trax in the Hinnom Valley, where you can enjoy live performances by musical ensembles and DJs. "The goal is to expose visitors to the dishes and flavors of the iconic Jerusalem restaurants and enjoy fine food at affordable prices," the event organizers explain. The prices of the dishes at the event will range between NIS 30-40 per serving. The project is initiated by the Ministry of Jerusalem and Tradition, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Jerusalem Development Authority and produced by Banda.

The fair runs from July 4 to August 28 from Tuesday to Thursday from 18 p.m. to 00 p.m

The 2023 "Peoples and Flavors" festival arrives in Beersheba from July 4-6 and will take place every evening from 20:00-23:00 at the locomotive complex in the Old City. The festival brings its visitors a taste experience that combines folklore and culture, with each day dedicated to one of the countries: Morocco, Argentina and Turkey under the direction of the chef, Yakir Masrati. Various bands will perform on the festival stage and play live music from different countries around the world. Entrance fee: 25 NIS including a drink and the prices of the dishes will be up to 45 NIS.

Chef Yuval Ben Naria's A and Taizo restaurants in Tel Aviv now offer a business menu at noon throughout the week, from 12:00 to 15:30. The business includes an appetizer and main course to choose from. At Restaurant A you will be able to enjoy in the middle of the day, for example, the first of Tataki Shaitel Holstein from an old-fashioned kibbutz Reshefim in Koji Ponzo, black pear glaze, caramelized pine nuts and wasabi cream, and a main such as "Bara Chirashi" - wild bluefin tuna, Norwegian marine salmon, King Fish greetings from Dutch saltiness, rice sushi ikura, avocado (dishes range in price from NIS 98-178). In Taizo, you can enjoy appetizers such as "dumpling shanhanizi" of veal cheek, meat soup, pistachio masala and pomegranate broth, and mains such as fried whole sea bass with Arabic lettuce, herbs, chili lime, chopped peanuts and horsefish (185 NIS). Along with the dishes, cocktail and alcohol prices are offered at a 20% discount. These join the drastic reduction of about 50% on the wine menu recently announced by the group in every restaurant.

Hot Papa dishes are premium sausages baked in Papa's fresh dough, sprinkled with garlic sauce and Italian spice. They are served alongside American fries and Coca-Cola.

Tamar's Bar returns to the rooftop of the boutique hotel "Akotika" and launches a new sunset menu with Akko mezes and cocktails, which you can enjoy with the sea breeze and view. Along with Tamar Dodson cocktails and a selection of Galilean wines, you can enjoy a menu that includes a selection of cold and hot mezes based on what came out of the sea that day and what they found in the market. The menu, which includes 10-12 mezes, a cocktail from Tamar's bar and dessert, is 130 NIS per person and the menu for vegetarians is 100 NIS per person.
