Last Thursday was organized at the Sorbonne a study day entitled "The Universal Republic to the test of transidentity". Researchers participated before their meeting in the organizing committee of the major international symposium that will draw up, at the end of 2024, a comparative assessment of the consideration of transidentity by the main legal systems of the world. This meeting was intended to contextualize the disciplines concerned: law, medicine, biology, psychology, sociology, philosophy.
