The demonstrators perform from both hands on the side of the Province, 21 years after the social militants were killed by the Police.

On a new anniversary of the crimes of Maximiliano Kosteki and Darío Santillán, murdered 21 years ago by the police, demonstrators hold a march and a cultural day to remember them. Shortly before noon, they cut the Pueyrredón Bridge on the Province side in both hands of circulation.

Alberto Santillán, father of Darío -who was a militant of the Movement of Unemployed Workers (MTD) in the Buenos Aires town of Florencio Varela-, said that the activities will begin "from 12 with a long cultural day at the Darío Santillán and Maximiliano Kosteki (former Avellaneda) station, under the slogan '21 years of impunity, 21 years of struggle. Dario and Maxi, rebellious memory.'"

Left-wing movements cut off traffic on the Pueyrredón Bridge.

The organizers of the mobilization reported that during the day there will be live bands, activities for children, transfeminist piquetera assembly, panels, graphic tables, murals, popular fair and vigil torchlight march.

The Independent Justice Commission for Dario and Maxi indicated that tomorrow's session "will also serve to say that, while the sectors of power continue to guarantee the impunity of the political perpetrators of the murders, from below we build popular justice, dedicating our lives to the struggle to change everything, just as Kosteki and Santillán dreamed."

"We are mobilizing again after 21 years of impunity, in 21 years of struggle. And we continue to demand jail for (Eduardo) Duhalde, (Felipe) Solá, Aníbal Fernández and all the murderers! Dario and Maxi are not alone," they said when defining the axis of the protest.

Today marks the 21st anniversary of the murders of MTD militants Aníbal Verón Maximiliano Kosteki and Darío Santillán during the repression of the protest that took place on June 26, 2002 in the vicinity of the Pueyrredón Bridge, executed during the administration as president of Eduardo Duhalde and that led to an advance of the call for elections.

Vanina Kosteki, sister of Maximiliano, the other of the militants killed on that tragic day in 2002, told the Telam agency that in this new commemoration "we will march again to the Pueyrredón Bridge in a picture of social misery that spreads among the workers."

"We, the relatives, have been fighting for 21 years, we do not stop in all this time to denounce and unmask the governments of the day. And we will continue to do so until we achieve Justice; we will continue to do so for Maxi and Dario, whose political leaders have not yet been seated in the dock.
