They are between 14 and 17 years old, and are suspected of drugging and prostituting a young teenage girl. Friday, June 23, three minors were arrested in an apartment in Alfortville, Val-de-Marne, and placed in custody, learned Le Figaro from police and judicial sources.
It was the victim's brother who alerted the police officers at the city's police station. While desperately searching for his runaway little sister since June 12, he found her trace on a prostitution site. The young man then posed as a client in order to obtain an appointment with the victim, then informed the police.
Forced and unprotected sex
The police went to the address of the appointment and discovered the wanted teenager and two young men, aged 15 and 17. The victim claimed that she was being held against her will and that they had forced her into prostitution, a police source told Le Figaro. Another 14-year-old girl was also arrested, suspected of having played an intermediary role, by handing the victim over to pimps.
The public prosecutor of Créteil opened a judicial investigation for "procuring and aggravated procuring", entrusted to the brigade for the protection of minors of the judicial police. The two young men are soon to be brought before the investigating judge for indictment. The prosecutor's office requested the pre-trial detention of these two suspects who already have criminal records. As for the girl in question, unknown to the justice, the public prosecutor requested her placement under judicial control.
The victim was "taken to the hospital to carry out examinations since she would have been subjected to unprotected sex, and she would also have been drugged," adds a source close to the case.
