A minor of 17 years was indicted this Tuesday, June 27 for the murder of a man killed by a knife this Friday in Besançon, announced the prosecutor of the Republic Etienne Manteaux.
This minor, already convicted of robbery with violence, was also indicted for drug trafficking and violence against a person in charge of a public service. He was remanded in custody.

He is suspected of fatally stabbing a 48-year-old Bosnian national who lived in France on Friday. The autopsy revealed that the victim had suffered a single wound carried by a knife in the heart area. Revenge hypothesis
The minor disputes the facts. Convicted multiple times for robbery with violence by the juvenile court of Lyon, he admitted to having recently arrived in Besançon to participate in the drug trade. The investigation showed that he had been violently assaulted, four hours before the murder, by an as-yet-unidentified individual who is not the 48-year-old victim.
