Businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente was prosecuted on Wednesday without preventive detention, but with the obligation to have to wear an electronic anklet, for the "culpable homicide" and "facilitation of drugs" to Emmily Rodrigues, the Brazilian model who died almost three months ago after falling from the apartment of the accused on the sixth floor of a building in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Retiro.
The resolution was adopted by Chamber 6 of the Crime Chamber, which ordered the prosecution of Sáenz Valiente – although without preventive detention – as the author of the crime of "free supply of narcotics, in ideal competition with facilitation of a place for consumption, in ideal contest with culpable homicide, in real competition with that of illegitimate possession of a weapon for conditional civilian use".
