Patricia Bullrich came out to cross hard to Horacio Rodríguez Larreta: 'He is a total and opportunistic advantager who does anything for a vote'

2023-06-28T21:27:37.490Z

Highlights: Larreta: "There are limits in a campaign, he is a total advantage" "It's a shame that we have to go through all of this to get to this point," he says. "We need to get back to the roots of what this country is all about," says Larreta. "This is not the time for this. It's time for a new generation of people to come forward and take control of this country," says the former mayor of Buenos Aires. "I don't want to see a return to the days when we had to rely on others to do the work for us"

After the head of government's statements about the "failure" of the PRO leader's presidency, his rival in the PASO came out to answer him in dialogue with Clarín.

"Advantageous", "opportunistic", "enormous moral turpitude" and "despicable" were just part of the battery of negative qualifiers that Patricia Bullrich used to criticize Horacio Rodríguez Larreta after the head of government called the presidential management of Mauricio Macri as "a model that failed" and that the former head of the PRO now wants to replicate.

Consulted by Clarín about Rodriguez Larreta's statements, Bullrich turned on the fan and was dispatched with strong questions towards her rival in the PASO of Together for Change. "It seems to me of enormous moral turpitude, opportunism and lack of ethics that Larreta, who boasts of having worked 20 years with Macri, does anything to get a vote," said the former security minister.

"There are limits in a campaign, he is a total advantage, he cannot say something like that about who was his political boss for so long. I find it very despicable," she added, angry with Larreta, who is her partner within the party and will be her political adversary in the August 13 primaries.
