The most elegant: Bibendum
The place. A long corridor widened by mirrors leads to the large paved courtyard of this former cloister of the fourteenth century. At the back is the bar, where you can quench your thirst with a wine (the menu is rich), a beer or a cocktail. The hall, occupying the wings of the building, is vaulted. Outside, two-thirds of the courtyard, kept in the shade by huge parasols, are the scene of the service of this chic restaurant, opened since December by Émilie and Mathieu Desmarest. If the latter is Michelin starred at Pollen, not far away, you had to dare to call your second establishment Bibendum!
