Less than a week before the delivery of the statuettes, Clarín was able to find out some details of how the ceremony of the Martín Fierro, the awards of the Association of Television and Radio Journalists of Argentina, will be. The party will be on the night of July 9, at the Hilton Hotel, with Telefe television and Santiago del Moro conducting. Here, the specially designed menu.
This Monday at noon, it was defined that in the party that Telefe will televise live from 21 a snack will be served, then an entrance, a main, a dessert and several petit four.
- Snack: It's called The Forest. It is a crunchy carob and goat cheese, candied mushrooms, black truffle, lio beetroot, herbs and summer flowers.
- Entrance: Artisanal burratina, creamy pesto, tomato and fruit tartar with infused EVOO.
- Main: Braised veal, compact humita, corn textures, creamy carrot with white chocolate and caramelized chives.
- Dessert: Creamy cheese and white chocolate, mango compote and passion fruit whipped cream, chocolate tile with raspberry and pistachios.
- Petit Four: The box.
Vegetarian and vegan options are still being defined for diners who require it.
What else will happen on TV's big night?
Santiago del Moro will be host and will be nominated, for "MasterChef" and for "Big Brother".
Without giving too many details about the role they would have in the party, the afternoon in which Luis Ventura, president of APTRA, revealed in Cortá por Lozano how the 36 shortlists will be integrated, he also announced that figures such as Damián Betular and Natalia Oreiro will be in different roles.

- Damián Betular: the most charismatic jury of MasterChef will be the one who tells the intimacy of the nominees who are staying at the Hilton, preparing for the party. True to form, he will bring humor backstage from the rooms, during the red carpet broadcast. In the same task, but with different styles, will be Roberto Funes Ugarte.

- Natalia Oreiro: The Uruguayan actress and singer was chosen to sing, live, the song that will be played during the segment called "Obituary", in which APTRA members usually remember the television figures who have died in the last year. Oreiro will make a reversal of one of Gilda's hits, "No es mi despedida".
- Iván de Pineda: the host of Pasapalabra will be in charge of animating the Red Carpet, which will also be televised live. Will he be alone? It is not yet defined, but there are high chances that he will be accompanied by Sofia Martinez, the journalist who managed to thrill Lionel Messi in a Qatar post-match. And that she is now the presenter of Key to Eternity, the World Cup documentary on Public TV. Journalist Agustina Casanova will also be in that instance of coverage.
- The preview of the red carpet: before Iván de Pineda appears at the door of the Hilton, the channel will be transmitting a kind of "anteroom", by entertainment journalists Pía Shaw and Noelia Antonelli.
