Insurance without feeling: An innovative service was launched this summer in Israel – digital travel insurance that is activated automatically via mobile on every flight.
The service, the result of cooperation between Menora Mivtachim and Cellcom, is already available to Cellcom subscribers and their families flying abroad with their mobile. The annual track of the service allows those who join to purchase the relevant coverage, fill out a health declaration only once, valid for a year, and fly with their mobile with peace of mind - with insurance automatically activated.
The insurance coverage includes, inter alia, a medical assistance center available 24/7 and in Hebrew, along with the possibility of adjusting the coverages according to the trip, including the addition of extreme sports, pregnancy coverage and additional coverage.
In honor of the launch, the companies are offering a 15% discount on all covers. For example, those under the age of 60 who join the annual track or the one-time track for basic insurance (including search and rescue coverage and third parties) will pay a price of $1.65 per day.
The unique digital policy was developed in collaboration with the Menora Mivtachim Group and digital insurance technology company Ledgertech.
