According to the movement, the government's decision contravenes the provisions of the Security Service Law and creates a new sweeping exemption arrangement for lack of clear authority and contrary to the principle of the rule of law, and also contradicts the High Court ruling set forth in the Rubinstein High Court, according to which the Minister of Defense can no longer assume the authority to decide on the issue of recruiting yeshiva students who practice their art, and the issue must be decided only by a legislative decision.

In addition, the movement claims that the decision severely violates the principle of equality before the law, maintains discriminatory policies and selective enforcement, and that there is extreme disproportionality in the government's decision, whose entire purpose is contrary to the law and the law.

Attorney Dr. Eliad Shraga, Chairman of the Movement for Quality Government: "Time and time again, Israeli governments have asked the High Court of Justice to postpone the enactment of the draft law, until this extremist and anarchist government came along and decided to defy the law and act without authority and contrary to the law. The government of Israel will not continue to discriminate between blood and blood, and will not back yeshiva students who refuse their art in escaping the fear of the law. One judgment for all."
