IDF soldiers already mapped the house of the terrorist who killed Staff Sergeant Shilo Yusef Amir of the Givati Patrol, who fell yesterday in a shooting attack near the community of Kedumim.
As mentioned, the incident took place on a road near Kedumim. A security guard spotted a suspicious vehicle jumping the military patrol. When they came to inspect the suspect vehicle, the terrorist opened fire at them, wounding the soldier, who was later pronounced dead.

The terrorist managed to escape on foot and forces from the Givati Patrol, together with the patrolman, chased him and killed him after several meters. He carried out the attack with a pistol.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu eulogized the soldier on his private Twitter account, writing: "My wife Sarah and I send our heartfelt condolences to the family of an IDF soldier, First Sergeant Shilo Yosef Amir, 22, from Merav, a soldier in the Givati Patrol, who was murdered today in an attack during an operational activity near Kedumim. I salute his teammates who neutralized the terrorist shortly thereafter. May his memory be blessed."
