Excitement for limited changes, little interest in a vote that says more about the political situation than a partial game of musical chairs.
There is indeed a link between the choice of reshuffle and the activity in Parliament. The forced use of 49.3 to adopt the pension reform or the dialogue of the deaf between the executive and the LR deputies and senators around the draft law on immigration have highlighted the constraints and deadlocks of a relative majority in the National Assembly.
