What can motivate a gang of three to stab a man before fleeing, leaving the victim for dead on the asphalt? This is a question that the investigators of the Departmental Security of the Alpes-Maritimes will have to answer after the violent attack that took place Thursday in the early afternoon, at the station of Nice-Riquier.
At 15 p.m., the small gang, composed of two men and a woman, attacked a 27-year-old individual for unclear reasons. Still, the unfortunate man was stabbed multiple times under the helpless gaze of several witnesses, who could do nothing but contact the emergency services. Quickly dispatched to the scene, firefighters and a team from the SAMU discovered a man in cardiorespiratory arrest. Luckily, he was able to be resuscitated and transported in absolute emergency to the Pasteur Hospital in Nice.
Of the three suspects, only the young woman, aged 20, was caught by the police and arrested less than thirty minutes after the fact. She was immediately taken into custody. His two companions are still running. Security Police investigations are ongoing.
